Present: Paul Guenzler, Trent Coleman, Bruce White, Janette Rosman, David Lake Absent. Notice was sent to Public, there was no public participation.
Meeting was called to order by Paul Guenzler, due to letter received from BIA rescinding Resolutions 2025-2, O&M funds & Basic Per Acre-B Resolution 2025-5.
Bruce White made motion to accept Resolution 2025-6 as follows:
1. Basic Per Acre-A Rate to be $39.00 for 2025 and 2026.
2. Basic Per Acre-B Rate to $19.50 for 2025 and 2026.
3. Minimum Per Tract Charge $75.00 for 2025 & $200.00 for 2026.
Trent Coleman, second. Passed.
Resolution 2025-6 has been sent to Lake and Sanders County Clerk and Recorders and recorded. Notice has also been sent to Department of Revenue, county treasures and Whaley Accounting.
Public Notice: Cassie Dellwo, attorney reported she has received a letter from Advocates regarding a lawsuit against BIA employee. She has responded to Advocate letter, they need to send notice to Flathead Indian Irrigation Project, who manages the Project.
