BIA: Eric Brugruier and several BIA employees were present. There was a fair amount of time spent listening to their reports and discussions between irrigators and commissioners.
October Minutes: David Lake made motion to accepts minutes, Paul Guenzler, Second. Passed
October Warrants: Janette made motion to accept warrants, David Lake second. Passed. October warrants being: Click Here Designs, LLC #20087 $55.00, Five Valleys Law, #5184 $537.50, Whaley Accounting Assoc., PC., $750.00. Janette Rosman reimbursement for Flathead Irrigation District PO Post Office Box 281 in Ronan, Mt. $102.00 for 1 year. Total Warrant Amount: $1444.50. FIDS Admin account., balance as of 9/30/2024 $487, $856.00. FID O&M account $545,175.00. Balanced with Lake County Treasurer through September 30, 2024.
Montana Water Resources meeting October 12-16. Meeting was not attended by any FID commissioner this time.
Five Valleys Law firm, Cassie Dellwo, completed letter to CSKT, CITT, BIA both locally and regionally, seeking clarification on the River Diversions Allowances and Water Deliver after September 15th 2024.
Board agreed to have David Lake communicating with Cassier regarding the letter.
BIA Budget presentation meeting was attended by Bruce White and Trent Coleman on November 14, 2024, BIA headquarters at 10:00 AM. Community post-season meeting was held 11-21-24 at CSKT theatre. An extension to that meeting to finalize Assessment decision will be held December 03, 2024, at the SKC Arlee/Charlo Theatre from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
