BIA-CSKT-CITT: No representation available. David Lake stated CITT was interviewing one candidate for Farm Efficiency Program (out of Bozeman). The program is to help irrigators be more efficient with their irrigation water.
September Minutes: Trent made motion to accept the minutes, Bruce second. Passed
October 22 Financials: Bruce made motion to accept financials, Janette second. October financials were Click Here Designs #22415 $55.00, Five Valleys Law #6579 $1,395,00. Whaley Accounting $750.00, Janette Rosman reimbursement $128.16. Total expenses: $2,328.16.
Admin account $463,213.00. as of 9/30/25. O&M $615,221.00 as of 9/30/25.
Dates for November-December joint meeting: Bruce made motion to hold joint meeting December 9th, 2025. Tuesday, same location, Trent second. Passed.
Public comment: Little Bitterroot Lake association, Dan Hanlon to be on December 9th agenda. Cassie reported Kristian Juras should have draft to
Tribe regarding Escrow Energy Account in a couple of weeks. Cassie to keep us posted.
