BIA: Eric Bruguier and Skye Cooley gave a lengthy report on RDA’s and how RDA’s will change the way water is regulated with on farm delivery meter measuring system. Eric discussed the number of Non-assessed acres are getting water and some irrigators use more water than they are being assessed for. It comes about due to miss-management of FIIP. He is working on better management.
CITT: Maya, DNRC hydrologist, stated how 4Million was set aside In the Compact for Stock Water Wells. Guidelines for drilling a well open to everyone if specific areas don’t apply before or by January 10, 2025. It is important not to leave any of that money on the table.
*US Treasury -J. Clark. Janette reported two checks came in from US Treasury $54.13 a total of $108.26. Checks were deposited with County following meeting.

*$30,000,00.00 State funds for Pumping Plant: David Lake made motion, “Flathead Irrigation District retain Cassie Dellwo of Five Valleys Law to represent Flathead Irrigation District in discussions/negotiations with the State of Montana and the CS&KT regarding the $30,000,000.00 settlement funds being placed in escrow for the purposes of aiding in pumping costs and related projects in connection with implementation of the compact. With specific regard to the process for receiving and distributing funds”. Trent Coleman second, Passed.
