BIA: Eric reported: 12 positions froze for now, majority were ISO positions. President also froze Assessment increase. Looking at emergency positions thru tribe. Ordered Sixty Six GPS units for vehicles. 60 Ton triple axel trailer and two tip up trailers, 2 smaller dump trucks were purchased with Winn Act dollars. Working on putting Pump 2 together at pumping plant. Training in March. Will be replacing greens sheets with Tablets. Due to fair amount of time being spent on permits, will be charging $250.00 in 2025. Attempting to prioritize 6100 work orders for 2025 and designate what needs to be done with 2025 Winn Act Funds. Meeting with Skye and tracking water. Will start working with Tribe for hiring ISO’s
CITT: Casey will be hiring individual to help irrigators with programs regarding On Farm Efficiency. 147 Applicants applied, many at the deadline for Stock Water. Pablo reservoir water levels will be kept lower than usual due for treatment of Aquatic Species found in 2022. Following treatment reservoir levels will be back to normal.

BIA Assessment Warrant/1st half of Irrig. Season: Bruce made motion accept, Trent second .Passed
Resolution 2025-1 Elections, Dist.2-4. (David/Janette) Paul made motion to accept, Bruce second. Passed
MWRA invoice: Fair amount of discussion to continue on with Montana Water Resources Association, Pros and Cons. Janette made motion to not pay invoice, Bruce second. Janette, Trent, Bruce and Paul voted yes. David Nay. David will contact MWRA and let them know FID will not be a part of Association.
We will not be sending anyone to Fairmont Hot Springs in February.
Cassie: Update on escrow agreement between state and tribe: The State & Tribe took a pause over holiday season. Cassie realizes the importance to get some movement going. Camas older lawsuit was dismissed.
US Treasury Check regarding J Clark received and deposited.
Assessment Rate increase for 2026 season: $44.00 proposed on Federal Register.
