Not present: Bruce White

Opened by Paul Guenzler 1:00 pm.

Moved by David Lake to amend agenda to include approval of payment of BIA assessment,
seconded by Trent Coleman, passed unanimously
BIA report by Water Master Koshon Lacounte: –
Reservoirs are full however they are now dealing with invasive aquatic vegetation. – –
Treatment plan: remediation of Milfoil and moss, shut down 4-6 days starting July 3.
Tribe provided phones for emergency hires.
May Minutes – Moved by David Lake to approve the May Minutes, seconded by Trent
Coleman, passed unanimously.
Warrants – Moved by Trent Coleman to pay the warrants, seconded by David Lake, passed
unanimously.
BIA 2nd Half – O&M account will be historically low after payment, want to see last year’s
balance for comparison (Dec or June).
Moved by David Lake to pay the 2nd half of the O&M payment to BIA, seconded by Trent
Coleman, passed unanimously.
Cassie Dellwo facilitated the Oath of Office of Paul Guenzler – sworn & notarized.
Oath of Office for Bruce – mailing it to him.
Election of Officers – Janette Rasmussen moved to elect Paul Guenzler as Chairman and
Davide Lake as Vice Chair and to allow the Secretary position to be vacant until the next
meeting. Seconded by Trent Coleman, passed unanimously.
Public comment & general matters:
Update from Janette – check from Blackfoot deposited.
Lenny & Aurora Page introduced themselves. Lenny Page is the President of the Camas
Division group.
Update from Janette – staying as secretary & commissioner until they have someone for
each position.
Janette Rosman moved to adjourn, seconded by Trent Colman, passed unanimously at
1:48 pm.
