BIA: Eric Bruguier project manager of BIA. There was discussion regarding Stock Water being shut off by September 19th. Eric stated O&M manual is out of date and has asked Gorden Winn to update manual. Eric also stated Bia is only lacking three employees in the South District. Present Compact funds for Stock Water mitigation are coming from State of Montana $50M and are funded thru CITT.
CITT: Not Present.
May Minutes: David Lake made a motion to table May minutes until July. Bruce second. Minutes were rewritten by Cassie Dellwo upon concern from commissioners.
June Warrants: Janette made motion to accept June Warrants, Bruce Second. Passed. June warrants included mileage and meeting attendance from January thru June 2024 for Commissioners. Paid warrants were: Click Here Design #20377- $55.00, Five Valleys Law #5501-$408.50, CNA Surety $100.00, Cincinnati Insurance $3,166.00, US treasury, payroll tax $183.60, Mt. withholding tax $12.00, Whaley Accounting $750.00, Paul Guenzler $966.33, David Lake $1247.40, Trent Coleman $696.48, Bruce White $1050.24, Janette Rosman $945.72. Janette Rosman January thru June payroll $1096.20. Total $10,677.47. Cash Balance per warrant register: Flathead Irrigation-Admin $497,511.00. Flathead irrigation-O&M $1,897,715.00. Mission and Jocko invite to join them in letter to CITT regarding stock water. David Lake made motion to accept Mission and Jocko Stock water letter to CITT with additional bullet points to be added by Cassie Dellwo. Trent Coleman second. Passed
Public Comment: Check from DOJ for $54.12, Johanna Clark. was deposited with Lake County treasurer today in FID Admin account.
