Commissioners Present: Paul, Janette, Trent & Bruce. Absent: David.
Casey Ryan, CSKT and Trevor Bras Safety of Dams presented updates on FIIP projects. Fall of 2026/Spring 2027 construction for Kicking Horse Dam. Completion 2028. Outlets 2029/2030. BIA and CSKT working together for successful water management during construction. Two Arlee project for construction, Jocko Pipeline and lower Jocko Canal headworks bids in next couple months. Paul asked if Crow Pump is coming along schedule? Nick said completion in October 2026.
Nick is now active project manager and stated looking at Mission A, Pablo feeder and hope to get work done before run off. High Priority. Michelle Littleboy has 30 years experience is being paid by CSKT to work in Land Dept. BIA is working with Safety of Dams on Mission Dam, discussion on fill restrictions. What will be the restrictions due to condition of spillway? Nick needs to contract out pumping plant repairs and concentrate on Acting manager. Winn Act & Compact dollars will be used for Pumping plant repairs. Credit cards for maintenance cancelled & removed. Irrigators need to supply ISO’s Tract numbers. There was discussion about checking delinquent water users ASAP. Hot Springs Creek is running & some water being caught in Reservoir. Bruce reported 5.5inches of rain thus far. Bruce, Hubbard is in tough shape, some recovery in Little Bitterroot, gates are closed. Nick will start moving water from Little Bitterroot Lake when they see fit for irrigators.

Resolution 2026-1: Janette moved to accept resolution for elections of District 3 and 5. Trent second.
