Commissioners Present, Paul Guenzler, Bruce White, Janette Rosman. .Absent: David Lake and Trent Coleman.
BIA Report: All employees returned to work and BIA is working with CSKT to help fill vacant positions. Presently only Madison in the office. Many retired positions are coming back for the season. February 17th is first spring meeting. Flushing flows to be determined by run off. Nick and Madison attended National Irrigation Planning Session for all BIA Irrigation Projects.. Nick did presentation on FIIP and some of the struggles FIIP is going thru, biggest issue is staffing and learned all Federal Irrigation Projects are having the same concerns. Koshon working with Hot Springs collecting and delivering water, hoping for the best in March/April forecast.

February Financials: Janette moved to accept financials, Bruce second. Passed.
Warrant List: CHD $55.00, Five Valleys Law $2131.25 and Whaley Accounting $750.00. Total Warrants paid $2936.25. Admin account $455,680.00. O&M account $955,436.00.
