Commissioners Present: Paul Guenzler, David Lake, Bruce White, Trent Coleman & Janette Rosman.

Amended Agenda to include Special Meeting Minutes.
BIA: Shane Hendrickson gave an extensive report on Pablo Reservoir Aquatic Species, Milfoil. Likely will have to treat it 3X’s for 7 years, attempting to work around irrigation season. Tribe is also involved in eradicating Milfoil. David Lake commented District Irrigators should not have to pay the whole process of eliminating Milfoil and wants to see Tribal irrigators being a part of sharing expenses. Communication between FIIP and Tribe is essential. Shane Hendrickson is filling in for Eric Bruguier position who retired on Friday. Shane is willing to work with David and help facilitate FID, Tribe and BIA for Milfoil expenses. Cassie suggested MOA agreement to be on June Agenda. Shane is not available in May. BIA should have enough employees to cover project irrigation season. Pumping Plant 1&2 pumps ready to be energized, #2 may not be ready for2025 irrigation season. 2026 budget continues to be frozen. Number of staff members for season 29 and credit cards for operations are limited funds.

Fid Attorney, Cassie Delwo. Trent Coleman, absent. Recording Five Valleys Law. Final vote regarding accepting Denning and Downing bid $30,00.00 to do LGS AUDITS FOR TWO YEARS was voted down. Follow up with contacted Auditors for Fid LGS audit. Three audit firms are waiting for FID to hear from LGS regarding Audit extension.
