Final notice, combined November/December FID meeting Dec 6th.
Jeremy Reed: Blackfoot Capitol Credits were divided up between the three districts according to FJBC percentages. FID amount came to $7,268.20. Blackfoot will pay out every year, upon the approval of the Board of Directors until the balance drops below $100.00 Then they will pay in full. Presently FID does not have any monthly charges to Blackfoot and we do have our own account #95366.

Total building coverage cost $1117.00. Also made copy of Bldg. insurance for them.
