Commissioners Present: Everyone, Paul, David, Trent, Bruce & Janette.
Pledge:
Bia: Nick Belcourt: BIA, Shane Hendrickson took BIA buy out. New acting manager of Project will be Vicki who will be coming in 2 weesk from Bureau of Land management. Those employed by BIA change every day. Most reservoirs are full and will be attempting to start all irrigation systems up. Be Patient. Only 5 positions for DR’s., and not allowed to hire. Two credit cards. No way of hiring & everything is frozen and presently no manager. HR approved of CSKT bringing in 4 ISO’s coming into FIIP. Mid-June/July timeline for release of hiring. Attempting to keep 2 people on maintenance to start up season with two excavators may get down to one. Quota to start with is 5, depends on how much water comes down. Hot Springs .25 quota. Run off for project water just started this week. Joe Thunder is Pumping Plant mechanic. Zim came back to do instream flows and ran water last week. Hope to have Crow Creek Pump running next fall season. Nick is hesitant draining Pablo reservoir to kill milfoil, ok as long as we can pump water to Pablo reservoir in the fall. Koshon, not much water for Hot Springs. Nick regarding new manager, “If she has hiring experience that will be great.”

David Lake & Janette Rosman took oath of office for 3 more years. (Elected by Acclamation).

FID Board officers; Pres, V.Pres, Sec., were re-elected . Paul made motion, Bruce 2nd.Passed.
April minutes: Bruce made motion to accept minutes, David second . Passed.

Warrants: David made motion to accept warrants, Trent Second. Passed. Warrants presented were: Click Here Design $240.000 (Domain), $55.00 Monthly charge, Five Valleys Law, PLLC #6321 $2520.00, Whaley $750.00, Montana State fund $427.78. Flathead Admin $478.873., Flathead O&M $1,166,550.00. Balanced with Lake Co. Treas through April 30,2025. Corrected version.

Phone call with LGS, Aaron Birkeland, the only extension LGS gives is via catastrophic events. It is not likely we will receive an extension from LGS. He did give me another name to call for possible LGS audit. K. Dare, Wipfli. No action was taken regarding picking an auditor. Two auditors have been contacted and hopefully we will pick one at June meeting.

Public comment: We have received another check from Justice Dept., Johanna Clark. Discussion on getting report from LC Treasurer regarding delinquent Irrigation Fees. Andrew from HS, asked if we were aware of Bit Com Data contract signed, regarding Kerr Dam? We were unaware.
