Commissioners Present: Paul Guenzler, David Lake, Bruce White, Trent Coleman, J Rosman

Pledge:

BIA/Staffing for project: Eric reported 12 BIA employees accepted furlough buyouts. BIA project looked rather grim and Eric was able to negotiate and bring back seven of the 12 employees accepting furlough including himself. Eric is attempting to get $300,000.00 from the tribe to help BIA start Irrigation Season 2025. Those funds are not available to the Tribe yet and was there a way to work with FID district giving $150,000 and $150,000 from Mission & Jocko joint board until Tribal funds become available? Cassie suggested MOA understand agreement. Ray Swensen asked is there a way Districts could hire someone? At the end of discussion it was recommended commissioners attend Tribal Council meeting, April 1, 2025, 8:00 AM explain situation and let Tribe know we are in agreement for Districts and Tribe work together to start irrigation season and service everyone until $300,000.00 comes in for the Tribe. David made motion to attend meeting on Tuesday with one other FID commissioner. Janette Second. Passed

Skye Cooley handed out email regarding concerns for aquatic species in Pablo reservoir. Skye also reported they (Brian Hogenson) will be flushing ditches.
Brian Hogenson suggested we have a presentation regarding aquatic species at FID meeting and at another meeting Mark Simpson speak about FIID projects.
Minutes: Bruce made motion to accept February minutes, Paul Second. Passed.
Warrants: David made motion to accept warrants. Trent second. Passed. Warrants were, CHD $55., Five Valley’s Law #6034 $547.50, Whaley accounting $750.00. Total warrants: $1,352.50. Admin $480,005.00, O&M $989,018.000
.
Public Comment: David Lake and Janette Rosman elected for another 3-year term by acclamation. Susan Lake would monthly meeting Agenda be more detailed regarding agenda items. Paul said, we can do so
Adjourn: Janette made motion to adjourn, David second.
