Re: Status of Claim Amendment for Name Change and Water Court Status Call Intervention
There are two issues of concern for the Flathead Irrigation Project irrigation districts that I will address
today;
1. Ownership name on the water right and,
2. Requesting to intervene in the water Court status conference May 30 in regard to issuance of
the Summary Report in basin 76L and 76 LJ.
